Car Park Check

NCP (National Car Parks) parking charges

One of the UK's largest car park operators, running town-centre multi-storeys, station car parks and airport parking such as Birmingham Airport's drop-off areas. Many sites are barrierless with camera enforcement and post-visit online payment. As a BPA member, its charges can be appealed to POPLA after an initial appeal to NCP.

How to appeal a NCP (National Car Parks) charge

  1. Appeal to NCP (National Car Parks) within 28 days of the notice. Paying within 14 days usually gets a discount, so decide early.
  2. If it rejects your appeal, it must give you a verification code for POPLA, because NCP (National Car Parks) is a member of the BPA.
  3. Appeal to POPLA. It's free for drivers. See our POPLA guide.
